Job Summary
The Curriculum Lead: Coding and Robotics Intermediate Phase will oversee the strategic design, development and implementation of the Coding and Robotics curriculum across Curro schools. This role is responsible for ensuring subject excellence through high-quality content creation, assessment development, teacher support and curriculum quality assurance, while upholding Curro’s academic standards, vision and values.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience Required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Education (B.Ed) or a relevant Bachelor’s Degree with a PGCE.
  • SACE registration.

 

Advantageous Qualifications

  • Honours or Master’s Degree in curriculum design, subject development or education.
  • Postgraduate qualification in content creation, assessment, or digital learning.
Key Skills / Requirements
  • 5 or more years as a Subject Head, Lead Teacher, or equivalent Intermediate Phase leadership role.
  • Strong expertise in Coding and Robotics pedagogy

 

Advantageous Experience

  • Previous experience in academic leadership, content development or e-learning.
  • Technical knowledge of various coding languages.
  • Experience with robotics tools, incl. Microbit, Lego.
  • Experience with robotics clubs and competitions
  • Familiarity with Caps Gr R – 9 coding and robotics curriculum
